
Sesame Oil Chicken

Ingredients
- Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon, toasted)
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Chicken broth (1 cup)
- Rice wine (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 inch piece, minced)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
- Chicken thighs (4, boneless and skinless)
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the soy sauce, rice wine, and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken topped with the chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
