- 12 large, for wrapping
- Fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons, toasted
- Honey
- 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber
- 1 large, thinly sliced
- Shrimp
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced (optional)
- Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon (optional for spice)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and toasted sesame seeds to create the dressing. If you prefer a bit of heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cooked shrimp with the dressing and toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes for enhanced flavor.
