Espresso
1 shot (30ml)
Green olives
2, pitted and chopped
Seville orange zest
1 teaspoon
Honey
1 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
Milk
1/2 cup (120ml)
Extra ground cinnamon
for garnish
Seville orange slice
1, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the espresso, Seville orange zest, chopped green olives, honey, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the olives soften and the flavors infuse, approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the olives and zest, creating a smooth espresso base.
  4. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling, then remove from heat.
  5. Using a milk frother or whisk, froth the milk until it becomes creamy and foamy.
