Soy sauce

1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Broccoli florets
2 cups
Shrimp
1 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set this sauce mixture aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Ensure the oil is shimmering for the best stir-fry results.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, spreading them out in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping once, until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
