Ingredients

Shrimp
1 pound, peeled and deveined
Scallops
1 pound, cut into small pieces
Lime juice
1/2 cup, freshly squeezed
Lemon juice
1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
Orange juice
1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
Red onion
1/2 cup, finely chopped
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Tomato
1 cup, diced
Cucumber
1 cup, diced
Avocado
1 large, diced
Jalapeno
1, seeded and minced
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well to ensure all the seafood is fully coated in the citrus juices.
  2. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the seafood is opaque and cooked through by the acidity of the juices.
