- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
- Scallops (1 pound, cut into small pieces)
- Lime juice (1/2 cup, freshly squeezed)
- Lemon juice (1/4 cup, freshly squeezed)
- Orange juice (1/4 cup, freshly squeezed)
- Red onion (1/2 cup, finely chopped)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Tomato (1 cup, diced)
- Cucumber (1 cup, diced)
- Avocado (1 large, diced)
- Jalapeno (1, seeded and minced)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well to ensure all the seafood is fully coated in the citrus juices.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the seafood is opaque and cooked through by the acidity of the juices.
