Ingredients
- Shrimp
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- Scallops
- 1 pound, cut into small pieces
- Lime juice
- 1/2 cup, freshly squeezed
- Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
- Orange juice
- 1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
- Red onion
- 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Tomato
- 1 cup, diced
- Cucumber
- 1 cup, diced
- Avocado
- 1 large, diced
- Jalapeno
- 1, seeded and minced
- Salt

- Black pepper
- to taste
- Tortilla chips

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well to ensure all the seafood is fully coated in the citrus juices.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the seafood is opaque and cooked through by the acidity of the juices.
- Once the seafood is ready, add the finely chopped red onion, cilantro, diced tomato, cucumber, diced avocado, and minced jalapeño to the bowl.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado.
