
Shrimp Blt Sandwich
This delicious shrimp BLT sandwich combines succulent shrimp, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a tangy mayo sauce.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Mayonnaise (4 tablespoons)
- Bread (4 slices)
- Tomato (1 large, sliced)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Bacon (6 slices, cooked crispy)
- Shrimp (12 large, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, tomato slices, cooked shrimp, and crispy bacon on two bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
