Sinseollo

Ingredients
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 cup, sliced Lotus root
- 1/2 cup, peeled and halved Chestnuts
- 1/2 cup, shelled Ginkgo nuts
- 1 cup, rinsed and trimmed Watercress
- 3, chopped Green onions
- 1 cup, julienned Carrots
- 1 cup, trimmed Enoki mushrooms
- 1 cup, cubed Tofu
- 1 cup, sliced Fish cake
- 1 cup, peeled and deveined Shrimp
- 1 cup, sliced Chicken breast
- 1 cup, sliced (optional) Beef

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and carefully add the sliced beef, chicken, shrimp, fish cake, and tofu to the pot. Allow them to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the enoki mushrooms, carrots, green onions, watercress, ginkgo nuts, chestnuts, and lotus root to the pot, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Pour this mixture into the pot, stirring well to incorporate the flavors.
- Cover the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are cooked through and tender.
- Serve the Sinseollo hot in individual bowls, ensuring each serving has a variety of ingredients for a delightful experience.
