Ingredients

- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Red onion (1/2, diced)
- Red bell pepper (1, diced)

- Corn kernels (4 cups)
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
