Skillet Corn with Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Lime (1, juiced)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Red onion (1/2, diced)
  • Red bell pepper (1, diced)
  • Butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Corn kernels (4 cups)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
