Ingredients

Ground beef
1 pound
Onion
1, diced
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Potatoes
4, diced
Eggs

Chili
2 cups, canned or homemade
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the onions are translucent. Drain off any excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a separate skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a third skillet, fry the eggs to your liking, whether that's sunny-side up or over easy.
