Ingredients
- Ground beef
- 1 pound
- Onion
- 1, diced
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Potatoes
- 4, diced
- Eggs
- 4
- Chili
- 2 cups, canned or homemade
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup, shredded
- Salt

- Pepper

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the onions are translucent. Drain off any excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a third skillet, fry the eggs to your liking, whether that's sunny-side up or over easy.
- To assemble the slinger, start with a serving of crispy potatoes on a plate. Layer with a serving of the ground beef mixture, followed by a layer of hot chili.
- Top the assembly with a fried egg, and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese over it.
