- A handful, finely chopped Fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Ensure it is clean and ready for smoking.
- Prepare the oysters by shucking them carefully. Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. This will serve as your smokey marinade.
- Using a basting brush, gently apply the seasoned olive oil mixture onto the oysters, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the oysters directly on the smoker grate. Close the lid and smoke for 15-20 minutes, or until the oysters are cooked through and have absorbed the smoky flavor.
