  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Smoked paprika (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Potatoes (4 medium, cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
