- Onion powder (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Smoked paprika (1 tablespoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Potatoes (4 medium, cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
