- Smoked salmon
- 4 ounces, sliced

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well beaten. Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it starts to foam slightly, ensuring it doesn’t brown.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, and let them cook undisturbed for about a minute until the edges start to set.
