Ingredients

  • Bread (4 slices)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh dill (1 tablespoon, chopped)
  • Lemon (1/2, juiced)
  • Red onion (1/4, thinly sliced)
  • Cucumber (1/2, thinly sliced)
  • Cream cheese (4 tablespoons)
  • Smoked salmon (4 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly on each slice of bread.
  2. Layer smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and red onion slices on two slices of bread.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon, cucumber, and onion.
  4. Sprinkle fresh dill, salt, and pepper on top.
