Ingredients

Lemon zest
zest of 3 lemons
Water
2 cups
Sugar
1 cup
Lemons
juice of 6 lemons

Instructions

  2. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and finely grated zest of 3 lemons.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the lemon zest, ensuring a smoother sorbet.
  4. Pour the strained mixture into an ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning time.
