Instant yeast

Salt
1 teaspoon
Warm water
1 cup (110°f/43°c)
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Honey
3 tablespoons
Mixed fruit (e.g., strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes)
4 cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Gradually add the warm water to the dry mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the risen dough balls on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
