
Soy Glazed Chicken Wings
These delicious chicken wings are glazed with a sweet and savory soy sauce mixture, then baked until perfectly caramelized.
Ingredients
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Water (2 tablespoons)
- Cornstarch (1 tablespoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
- Soy sauce (1/2 cup)
- Chicken wings (2 lbs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
- While the wings are baking, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water to create a slurry, then add it to the saucepan.
- Cook the sauce until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
