Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. This helps in easy clean-up after baking.
- Arrange the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Bake for 40 minutes, until they are crispy and golden.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the soy glaze. Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
