Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the cut sides and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the squash cut side down on the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
