Ingredients

Original recipe serves 2

Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon, for garnish
Whipped cream
2 dollops, for topping
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Cloves
2 whole
Cinnamon stick
1
Orange peel
1 piece, about 2 inches
Water
2 cups
Ground coffee
2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In the coffee maker, add the ground coffee.
  2. Next, add the sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick, and orange peel to the coffee basket.
  3. Pour the water into the coffee maker's water reservoir.
  4. Turn on the coffee maker and brew the coffee as per the machine's guidelines.
  5. Once the coffee is brewed, carefully remove and discard the orange peel, cinnamon stick, and cloves from the coffee basket.
  6. Pour the spiced coffee into two large mugs.
  7. Top each mug with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Dust the top of the whipped cream with cocoa powder for a beautiful finish.
  9. Serve your Spanish Leather Coffee hot and savor every sip.
