- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced
- Red pepper flakes

- Mushrooms

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms have released their moisture and are tender and golden brown.
- Season the sautéed mushrooms with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as desired.
- Remove the skillet from heat, and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the mushrooms, stirring well to combine.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish, perhaps with crusty bread to soak up the delicious garlicky oil.
