Ingredients
- Salt (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (1 teaspoon)
- Fish sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Red curry paste (2 tablespoons)
- Coconut milk (1 can (400ml))
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat.
- Add the red curry paste, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
