Tortilla chips
for serving
Green onions
2, chopped
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
Sour cream
1/2 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Jalapenos
2, seeded and finely chopped
Cream cheese
8 oz, softened
Corn
1 can (15 oz), drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt, making sure the mixture is well-spiced.
  4. Add the drained corn, finely chopped jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. The top should have a slight golden color.
