- Green onions
- 2, chopped
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup, shredded
- Jalapenos
- 2, seeded and finely chopped
- Cream cheese
- 8 oz, softened
- Corn
- 1 can (15 oz), drained
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt, making sure the mixture is well-spiced.
- Add the drained corn, finely chopped jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. The top should have a slight golden color.
