- 2, boneless and skinless Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons, plus extra for drizzling Olive oil
- 6 cups Mixed salad greens
- 2, pitted and sliced Nectarines
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced nectarines, and blackberries.
- Add the grilled chicken strips on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine all ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
