 - 2, sliced
 - Nori sheets
 - 2 sheets, shredded
 - Soft-boiled eggs

Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
 - Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
 - Stir in the red miso paste, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce, mixing well to combine the flavors.
 - Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
 - Add the cubed tofu to the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
