Ingredients
- Green onions (2 stalks, chopped (for garnish))
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 teaspoon, grated)
- Sriracha sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1 medium, thinly sliced)
- Bell peppers (2 large, thinly sliced)
- Spicy sausage (1 pound, sliced)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and grated ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the sausage and vegetables in the skillet. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
