Spicy Szechuan Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
 - 6 pieces
 - Lettuce leaves
 - 6 pieces, washed and dried
 - Green onions
 - 3 stalks, thinly sliced
 - Carrot
 - 1 large, julienned
 - Green bell pepper
 - 1, thinly sliced
 - Red bell pepper
 - 1, thinly sliced
 - Ginger
 - 1 tablespoon, freshly grated
 - Garlic
 - 2 cloves, minced
 - Hoisin sauce
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Szechuan sauce
 - 3 tablespoons
 - Chicken breast
 - 2, thinly sliced
 
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger. This aromatic and spicy mixture will serve as your marinade.
 - Add the thinly sliced chicken to the bowl, making sure each piece is well-coated with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate the chicken.
 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and sliced green onions. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly tender but still retain their crunch.
 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, mixing it well with the sautéed vegetables to combine all the flavors.
 - To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla wrap. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the lettuce leaf.
 - Roll up the tortilla tightly, ensuring the sides are tucked in to hold the flavorful filling.
 - Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy the burst of Szechuan flavor in every bite!
