Ingredients

  • Lime wedges (4)
  • Crushed peanuts (1/4 cup)
  • Green onions (2, sliced)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • Peanut sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Hot dog buns (4)
  • Hot dogs (4)

Instructions

  1. Grill the hot dogs to your desired level of doneness.
  2. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill, cut side down, for about 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
  3. Spread a generous amount of peanut sauce inside each toasted bun.
  4. Place a grilled hot dog in each bun.
