Enhanced Spinach and Feta Flatbread

Ingredients
- Flatbread
- 4 (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh spinach
- 4 cups, washed and chopped
- Feta cheese
- 1 cup, crumbled
- Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup, halved
- Red onion
- 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- On a baking sheet, lay out the flatbreads. Spread the cooked spinach mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the spinach, followed by the sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.
- Season the toppings with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
