Ingredients

Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Onion
1 medium, diced
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Fresh spinach
4 cups, chopped
Eggs
6 large
Milk
1/4 cup
Feta cheese
1 cup, crumbled
Salt

Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and onion mixture in the skillet, ensuring even distribution.
