- Milk
- 1/4 cup
- Feta cheese
- 1 cup, crumbled
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and onion mixture in the skillet, ensuring even distribution.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top of the egg mixture.
