Sriracha Mayo Dog

A spicy twist on the classic hot dog, topped with a tangy sriracha mayo.

Ingredients

  • Green onions (2, sliced)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Sriracha (2 tablespoons)
  • Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
  • Hot dog buns (4)
  • Hot dogs (4)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
  3. While the hot dogs are grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  4. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until they are lightly toasted.
  5. Place a grilled hot dog in each bun. Top with the sriracha mayo, cilantro, and green onions.
  6. Serve immediately.
