
Sriracha Mayo Dog
A spicy twist on the classic hot dog, topped with a tangy sriracha mayo.
Ingredients
- Green onions (2, sliced)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
- Sriracha (2 tablespoons)
- Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- Hot dog buns (4)
- Hot dogs (4)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
- While the hot dogs are grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until they are lightly toasted.
- Place a grilled hot dog in each bun. Top with the sriracha mayo, cilantro, and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
