Sriracha Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
- Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 packet (1 ounce)
- Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tablespoons, adjust to taste
- Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add the Sriracha sauce, ranch seasoning mix, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a smooth and creamy dressing.
- Taste the dressing. If you prefer more heat, add a little extra Sriracha sauce.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
- Before serving, give the dressing a quick whisk. You can then drizzle it over your salad or serve it as a dip.
