Ingredients
- Steelhead fillets
- 4 (6-ounce) fillets
- Black pepper

- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
- Red onion
- 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Fresh basil
- 1/2 cup, chopped
- Tomatoes
- 2 cups, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steelhead fillets generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Place the seasoned fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Bake the fillets in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
