Stir Fried Basil and Chili Chicken

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and sliced red chili to the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until fragrant but not burnt.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the wok, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and cooked through.
