Bell pepper

Broccoli florets
1 cup
Snap peas
1 cup, trimmed
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Green onions
2, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snap peas to the pan. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender and vibrantly colored.
  5. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and gently toss to combine with the vegetables.
