Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade

Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup, plus more for garnish
- Ice cubes
- 2 cups
- Water
- 4 cups
- Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup, adjust to taste
- Lemons
- 4, juiced
- Kiwi
- 2, peeled and sliced
- Strawberries
- 2 cups, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Begin by juicing the lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, kiwi, fresh lemon juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 30-45 seconds.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, blending again to combine.
- In a large pitcher, combine the blended fruit mixture with the remaining 2 cups of water. Stir well.
- Add the ice cubes and gently stir to chill the lemonade.
- To serve, pour the strawberry kiwi lemonade over ice and garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.

- For a sparkling version, replace half of the water with sparkling water.
