- 16 large, cleaned and stems removed
- Olive oil

- Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup, preferably italian-style
- Salt

- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the mushroom caps by gently removing the stems and setting them aside. Make sure the caps are clean and dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is slightly moist.
