- 16 large, cleaned and stems removed Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons, plus more for drizzling Olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped Fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup, preferably Italian-style Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste Black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the mushroom caps by gently removing the stems and setting them aside. Make sure the caps are clean and dry.
