Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Steak
1/2 pound, thinly sliced
Shrimp
1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper
to taste
Eggs
4, beaten
Flour tortillas
4 (10-inch)
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Avocado
1, pitted and sliced
Tomato
1, diced
Red onion
1/2, finely chopped
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Sour cream
1/2 cup
Hot sauce
to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the steak and shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet. Cook the steak to your preferred doneness and the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque. Once done, remove from the skillet and set them aside.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet or microwave until they become soft and pliable.
  5. To assemble the burritos, lay out the warmed tortillas and evenly distribute the cooked steak, shrimp, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar among them. Sprinkle each with avocado slices, diced tomato, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly to form a burrito.
