- Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Ketchup (1/4 cup)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
