- Grilled chicken breast

- Pineapple chunks
- 1 cup, fresh or canned
- Red bell pepper
- 1, diced
- Red onion
- 1/2, diced
- Jalapeno
- 1, seeded and diced (adjust for heat preference)
- Cilantro
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Sweet and spicy sauce
- 1/2 cup (store-bought or homemade)
- Flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced grilled chicken, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and sweet and spicy sauce. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce.
