Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Unsalted butter
1/2 cup, melted
Sour cream
1 cup
Corn muffin mix
1 (8.5 ounce) package
Canned creamed corn
1 (14.75 ounce) can
Canned sweet corn
1 (15.25 ounce) can, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the casserole from the oven and evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together. Enjoy your slice of Southern comfort!
