- Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup, shredded

- Sour cream

- Corn muffin mix
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package
- Canned creamed corn
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can
- Canned sweet corn
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can, drained
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
