Packed with wholesome ingredients, this shake is not only a treat to your tastebuds but also a perfect post-workout refuel or a quick, energizing breakfast. Sweet potatoes, a staple in traditional Southern cuisine, are the star of this recipe, providing a unique twist on the usual protein shake while also adding a natural sweetness and a boost of vitamins.

Serves 1

Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 cup
Maple syrup
1 tablespoon
Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon, freshly grated
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Almond milk
1 cup, unsweetened
Vanilla protein powder
1 scoop

1/2 cup, cooked and mashed

Instructions

  2. In a high-speed blender, add the mashed sweet potato, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, ground cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, and maple syrup.

  4. Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  5. Pour your sweet potato pie protein shake into a tall glass and enjoy immediately!

Tips
