- Milk

- Eggs
- 6 large
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Onion
- 1 small, diced
- Ham
- 1 cup, diced
- Swiss chard
- 4 cups, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped Swiss chard and cook until it wilts, approximately 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, ensuring it covers the Swiss chard and onion evenly.
- Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set in the center and the cheese is melted and golden.
