Instructions
- Wash the Swiss chard leaves gently under cold water, then pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel.
- Lay out each Swiss chard leaf flat on a clean work surface.
- Spread a generous amount of softened cream cheese on each leaf, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Place a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Scatter capers evenly over the smoked salmon slices.
- Drizzle the freshly squeezed lemon juice over the rolls, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Starting from one end, roll up the Swiss chard leaves tightly to form neat rolls.
