Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells (12-15 shells)

- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Swiss chard (1 bunch, chopped)
- White beans (1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed)
- Ricotta cheese (1 cup)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Egg (1, beaten)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Marinara sauce (2 cups, divided)
- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Fresh basil (1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
