Ingredients
- Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Lime zest (1 teaspoon)
- Jalapeno (1/2, seeded and minced)
- Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4, diced)
- Red bell pepper (1/2, diced)
- Mango (1, diced)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Swordfish steaks (2 (6 oz) steaks)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the swordfish steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the swordfish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime zest, and salt.
- Serve the grilled swordfish topped with the mango salsa.
