Grilled Swordfish with Vibrant Mango Salsa

- 1, diced Red bell pepper
- 1/2, finely chopped Red onion
- 1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro leaves
- 1, seeded and finely chopped Jalapeno
- Zest of 1 lime Lime zest

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 450°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. This mixture will be used to baste the swordfish steaks.
- Brush both sides of the swordfish steaks with the olive oil mixture.
