Ingredients

Dried red chili peppers
5-6, adjust to taste
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, minced
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Szechuan sauce
1/2 cup
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Red bell pepper
1, sliced
Green bell pepper
1, sliced
Peanuts
1/2 cup, roasted
Chicken breast
1 pound, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic, minced ginger, and dried red chili peppers. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until they start to soften.

  6. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
