- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh ginger (1 tablespoon, minced)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Szechuan sauce (1/2 cup)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Red bell pepper (1, sliced)
- Green bell pepper (1, sliced)
- Peanuts (1/2 cup, roasted)
- Chicken breast (1 pound, diced)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
