- 1 pound, boneless and skinless Chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon, minced Ginger
- 1 teaspoon White pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Sweet potato starch

Instructions
