Tamal Asado

- 1/4 cup Pork lard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the corn dough, chicken broth, salt, and pork lard. Mix until the dough is smooth and well-combined.

- Spread the corn dough mixture evenly into a greased baking dish, creating a slight well in the center.
- Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture into the well of the corn dough, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the dough is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
