Egg noodles
8 ounces
Ground pork
1 pound
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Chili oil
3 tablespoons
Sesame paste
3 tablespoons
Chicken broth
1 cup
Roasted peanuts
1/2 cup, crushed
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Green onions
1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili oil, sesame paste, and chicken broth until well combined.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the cooked pork. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss gently to coat the noodles in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.
  7. Serve the Tan Tan Noodles in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions, cilantro, and crushed roasted peanuts.
