Tandoori Asparagus
This Tandoori Asparagus recipe brings together the earthy flavors of asparagus with a tantalizing tandoori marinade, transforming this simple vegetable into a vibrant and zesty appetizer or side dish. Originating from the Indian subcontinent, the tandoori style of cooking involves marinating ingredients in a mixture of spices and yogurt, and then cooking them in a tandoor - a traditional clay oven. In this recipe, we've adapted the process for a conventional oven, so you can enjoy this delightful fusion of flavors right in your home kitchen!
