Tandoori Beef Kebabs

- Beef sirloin
- 1.5 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Plain yogurt
- 1 cup
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced
- Ginger
- 1 tablespoon, grated
- Tandoori masala
- 2 tablespoons
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
- Cumin
- 1 teaspoon
- Coriander
- 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons (for grilling)
- Fresh cilantro

- Lemon wedges

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, ensuring there’s a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes to retain their juices.
